Setting up an insurance policy was super easy and straight forward, absolutely no complaints about that. Dealing with a claim however is like pulling hens teeth. I think I have been transferred to 3 adjusters now and have sent emails with no response. I'm not sure if they are ignoring me, or genuinely don't know what's going on. It should be a cut and dry process, either fix the vehicle or don't. It's been over a month since the accident and 2 weeks that it has been sitting at the autobody shop now.

I've gotten great customer service on a couple of occasions when I needed help. The rates are the best I've found. Sonnet is awesome!

The entire process did take a little longer than I expected but in the end Sonnet appears to have processed my claim accurately and in reasonable time based on what I have heard these situations can take.
