I've been with Sonnet for awhile now. Great insurance to consider.
Great experience so far.
Right before my renewal last year, I was getting a quote to add someone onto my insurance. Before completing the quote, I got a notification saying that my policy is being cancelled without reason. Upon fighting with multiple agents I finally got an answer that I was being cancelled due to my quote because the other person was not “up to their standards”. Mind you it was JUST a quote and it was not completed. My husband’s policy was also cancelled due to an “accident” that was never put through claims and that never occurred. Now this year my policy rate has gone up due to “suspicious/criminal activity” in my area when there has been none. Not worth the fight, excuses or 6 hour phone calls on hold to be told they are closed.
