Unlucky 9%
The website claims a 91% customer satisfaction score. Guess I'm one of those unlucky 9%. Nothing happened to my claim for 2 days until I called and asked why I hadn't heard from an insurance adjuster yet. They said they needed more information - yet no one had bothered to call me to follow up.
Things did pick up when I finally heard from an insurance adjuster and I was overjoyed that she found me a rental car. But now I find out my car is still in the tow truck yard a week since my claim was submitted. I'm really not impressed.
