Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

The website claims a 91% customer satisfaction score. Guess I'm one of those unlucky 9%. Nothing happened to my claim for 2 days until I called and asked why I hadn't heard from an insurance adjuster yet. They said they needed more information - yet no one had bothered to call me to follow up. Things did pick up when I finally heard from an insurance adjuster and I was overjoyed that she found me a rental car. But now I find out my car is still in the tow truck yard a week since my claim was submitted. I'm really not impressed.

I really like Sonnet insurance. I have both my car and home insured through them. My only thing where’s there’s room for improvement is more transparency and warning on when and why rates have increased. Love that everything is digital and easily accessible. My old insurance provider had asked me so many questions I couldn’t answer like how far a fire hydrant was from my building! Did they expect me to actually measure something like that? I have fortunately never needed to make a claim but I expect that Sonnet would make that easy to do just like everything else.

Very user friendly. For first time home owners insurance, it has been a good experience so far. I like that if you have a question they have a way to get an answer without sitting on hold. Thanks

I had a question about our hot tub the gentleman answer was informative and he was efficient. Our hot tub is covered under our insurance.

During the pandemic insurance companies gave refunds for not driving while everyone was on lockdown. You did not. When I called I was told I could change my policy to a lower rate and save money that way which was not helpful at all. Very disappointed in the way your company chose to handle your valued customers. I will be searching for a company that will offer better discounts for loyalty. All I have gotten is price increase.
