This review is for Brittany, she helped with my claims and was very sincere and sensitive with with the passing of our pup Groot. I have been a customer of Prudent Pet for over a year now. Having been a customer of two other pet insurance companies prior to signing on with Prudent, I can confidently say that Prudent Pet is on a level above all the others. They offer highly customizable insurance plans to fit anyone's needs/budget...but what sets them apart from everyone else is their customer service. Prudent Pet's customer service is unparalleled to anyone else in the industry. Every time I call I am connected to someone within seconds - usually the same people, which is my favorite part because you get to know the people that work there a little bit. Jen and Jenna are both amazing and have always been patient and kind to me, no matter the reason I call. It can almost feel like calling home. You don't feel like you're talking to a business or company at all. People may feel that Prudent's system of doing things is a little antiquated, which it is compared to the competition...but they out perform in ways that other companies will easily fall short. Claims processing is an extremely quick turnaround considering you're mailed a check. From the time I submit my claim to the time I receive my reimbursement, maybe a week has lapsed. There's never any drama, no surprises, and if something does get denied I have been able to easily get it rectified and resubmitted with some help/guidance from customer service. Cannot recommend enough.
