We have had dog insurance through PetsPlusUs since Enzo was 12 weeks old - so he had a clean slate medical record. We opted for the higher coverage with a low 10% copay and $100 yearly deductible. I recently made a claim for the first time and was extremely pleased at how streamlined the process was and how quick the reimbursement occurred. One thing I really like about PetsPlusUs is that they cover basically everything - including the diagnostic exam! I’m so thankful we chose this insurance provider and I would highly recommend choosing this insurer especially if your pup is young and hasn’t had any vet visits for previous issues (as these will be an exclusion in the policy which most people don’t understand and then later get mad when it’s not covered).

Adiquate fullfilment after 7 yrs on monthly installments (and no claims) a higher % of payment would have been nice on my $5000 vet bill.

Ever since signing up with this company years ago in Ontario, Canada, I have always had honest, straightforward service with honest answers. Well there was an issue with the payment need to change the card I was surprised no way that you get anyone on the phone they just keep you waiting on hold even I tried to go to there office as I live in the same city but it seems it’s a shell office in an office building in Oakville if to pay you I can’t reach you how will I reach you if the puppy is sick ?
