Our little beagle got very sick very quickly while we were on vacation, and we ended up driving down Vancouver Island for help. After a very critical number of hours and tests, he was diagnosed with Addison's disease. It turns out that with Addison's if there is an acute episode, the animal may expire, so we are so grateful for the care and for the insurance providing support in such a terrible moment.

Over the last year I have been dealing with multiple issues with my aging dog. He is such a trooper and with the help of his whole team, From his vets, vet techs and his insurance team being here to help me provide him everything we can to get through these challenges. I am so grateful for all of there efforts to help me get my guy back to his old self.

My dog was having stomach issues for over 3 months where we was have diarrhea more often than not. We went through the regular steps with the vet and nothing was working. Then it was prescribed by the vet to do the Doggybiome fecal test. With the results in hand and the fright of the results we went on the Gut Restore protocol. This has work dramatically in my pet. He is return to normal. When I received the result of the claim I was denied because they deemed this as unconventional medication. My thought is that this is just a way to take my money and not give any back. I guess their slogan of being there for you and your pet when you need them doesn’t hold water. Not a happy person at all.
