Always under promise and over deliver on timing of benefits. When I had to call to cancel one of my pet policies due to the passing of my kitty, the team member was very compassionate and helpful.

Takes the stress out of healthcare for our dogs!
Having a pet confronted with a serious health condition is difficult. Balancing the financial impact of healthcare choices for your pet is incredibly stressful. With Pet's Best we've been free to focus on what's best for our dog/family without having to worry how to cover the costs of recommended care. Her care has been covered without question or delay in a hassle-free manner leaving us fully able to focus on caring for our dog and our family. This is the best investment we've made in our pets and worth every penny. I will be a Pet's Best customer as long as I have pets.

Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
