Excellent, Quick claim review. Never been disappointed.

My dog passed away in early January and I was still waiting on the claims that I had submitted. Right after I had to pay for the following month, February, my claims were posted as denied. So, not only were every single one of the medical bills that I had recieved denied. But I was also charged for the following month before being informed of this. This was particularly painful because my dog succumbed to her sickness before any of this occured. When I called to explain the scenario, we were informed by the representative that maybe I could get a partial refund for February. About a week later, I received notification that this also was denied. All this to say, I will definitely not be recommending PetsBest to any of my fellow animal lovers and will be warning any one considering pet insurance away from this oarticular company. Very disappointed with the service offered by PetsBest.

Best pet insurance I’ve had. This was my second claim and just like the first they covered about 90% of my dogs hospital bill. My check came quickly so I was able to payoff my CareCredit bill well before due date. I’m always pleased and impressed with the customer service I receive and recommend PetsBest to all pet owners.

I purchased PetsBest for my pup in Jan of 2022. During Thanksgiving she came up lame and we went to the vet. She was diagnosed with a CCL injury and would require surgery. If I hadn't had this insurance, there is no way I could have afforded the $3,900+ procedure. Thank you PetsBest for making the process easy processing our claim in about 2wks.

This is the absolute worst insurance. My dog's coverage began in November 2022. In January 2023, I took her in for hair loss spots. They gave her allergy pills to try; although, it wasn't confirmed that was the issue since she had no other symptoms. Claim was denied due to being pre-existing. I've NEVER taken her in for hair loss. I took her in twice (back to back) at the end of January because she was extremely ill, throwing up and had flu-like symptoms. Claim was denied due to being pre-existing. The first visit of those two days was listed as allergies, also, when it was very clear she was in there due to being sick. How is it possible for a gastrointestinal illness to be a pre-existing condition? Needless to say, I will not be renewing this policy. Big scam. They take your money and deny claims. UPDATE: Because my dog had an ear swab for an ear infection prior to the policy, they denied her recent visit when they swabbed her ears to rule out an ear infection. So they basically will attribute any type of sickness as pre-existing, even though it's an illness that can happen multiple times and is not related to any previous instances. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!! I wish we could respond to their ridiculous answer, which shows that they are a scam, because any type of illness will always be considered pre-existing, even if it's the flu. They are a SCAM. They take your money and deny your claims. And their "chat" doesn't work. You sit there forever only to get it canceled and told to call in.
