Pets Best is fabulous

Pets Best is fabulous. They are reasonably priced and respond very quickly to my claims. I have had them now for 2 years and highly recommend them. Never go without pet insurance. It has been very helpful.

Worst insurance ever

Worst insurance ever. I have spent over $5k over the last few years. I finally used it and they denied everything. It is absolutely not worth even wasting your time reading into any other reviews. Move onto another company 100%. To trust a company and spend $5k and then not get a single dollar back when we actually use it, is bullshit.

I need to update my review since as of…

I need to update my review since as of today my claim was paid, albeit 18 days after submitting, but I am quite satisfied with what the paid and didn’t! I am thrilled to not be disappointed and have to call and fight for reimbursement over line by line items. Thank you Petsbest! You have restored my faith and I do recommend your firm!

Coopers first Vet visit check

We recently got a Golden doodle pup and took him for his first vet appointment with us to get his vaccine updated and a wellness check by the vet. Paid a little over $240 in total then submitted the claim that same day for cooper since my co- pay is $200 so I made that line mark. Have 80% refund amount so in leas than a week I heard back and got approval for $170 refund amount! Overall easy to submit a claim and got a check in the mail easy to deposit as well. First time getting dog insurance and couldn’t be happier with PETSBEST! Definitely recommend it to anyone who has fur babies !

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
