Pets' Best is truly the Best
I have nothing but the best experience in chosing Pets Best for our two "rescued" Great Danes. The coverage is excellent so is the process for executing my claims. I hate filling out forms and Pets Best is always willing to help me out. Thank you Pets Best. I truly appreciate the ease for making claims and the expedient way you follow up and execute my claims. Claims advisers are friendly, courteous and so helpful. As I said, Pets Best is the best.

I was very thankful I had insurance when my cat passed away. I was able to do a variety of procedures to try to help him survive, but he was too sick. Without the insurance I would not have been able to do all I could have and I would have felt like I failed him. Pets Smart helped me with my claim very quickly and it was a peace of mind after it went through. Thank you!

Fantastic
Best insurance company I've ever worked with. They make it extremely easy in filing your pets claim and very quick in the processing of those claims. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase insurance for their pet.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
