My claims have all been efficiently and quickly processed, my pet has an ongoing health issue so I am sending in multiple claims at a time and they pay them all quickly.

I Had A Great Experience With …

I had a great experience with PetsBest Insurance from my initial purchase of insurance for my two Maltese pups Lexie & Simon... to sending in a myvfirst claim ... to receiving the reimbursements. My reimbursement check arrived very quickly in the mail. Was Great! All of my communication experiences with PB have been good. I felt mainly with Laura who made it all so very easy. Thank you Laura for walking me through the entire process from start to finish. Everything was easy, clearly explained, and then promptly precessed. Yes, I would certainly recommend PetsBest and I actually have today to one of my dog owner friends. Thank you so much! Great experience!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
