Amazing How Easy It Is To File…
Amazing how easy it is to file a claim. Sam needed xrays he hurt his hind leg. Within a few days of me submitting the claim I got an email stating the claim has been processed

Submitting A Claim Online Is S…
Submitting a claim online is so easy and the response time is so quick, maybe a week. The email notification is perfect and the claim is easy to understand. Having direct deposit for reimbursement is great as no delay and having to get a check in the mail.

Super easy claims process
My kitty got sick and had to be rushed to the vet, where he had to take some fluids, shots, have blood work done etc. I sent the claim right after I got the bill, and had absolutely no issues - all was paid as agreed (minus deductible), even the professional flea medication I forgot was part of his maintenance insurance, I was ready to have to pay for it so it was a pleasant surprise.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
