We Have Used Pets Best For App…

We have used Pets Best for appx. 5 years for both of our dogs. We have had numerous claims. Web site for uploading claims is outstanding. Easy and reliable. Response was always timely and reasonable. Customer service for issues and questions once again is outstanding. Impressive company. Highly recommended.

Easiest Pet Insurance & The Best Pet Insurance

Simply put, you can not go wrong whether your claim is accepted or denied you know why. Your accepted claims are directly deposited to your account. When further information is needed you are not required to be the middle person they directly reach out to the care provider of the pet and get the details they need.

Relief when times are tough

Quick and efficient reimbursement makes everything so much easier. That's why I appreciate Pets Best. I feel less anxious when something goes wrong with one of my dogs.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
