I wouldn't think of ever using another company

I wouldn't think of ever using another insurance company for my little Olivia (Livy). She is a rescue I adopted after my Jack Russell passed away from kidney disease, and was also insured with PetsBest. PetsBest truly is my pets best when it comes to insurance.

I Have Been With Pets Best 9 Year...

I have been with Pets Best 9 years. I can't say enough about the service. From beginning to end Pet's Best is top notch. Very friendly, VERY responsive, and are always quick to return a phone call or answer a question with an email. I tell all my friends who have dogs this is who you want to get insurance with. We've been pleased with everything. Claims are dealt with and payments made quickly. It greatly helped us care for our pet.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
