Honestly The Easiest Claim Proces...

Honestly the easiest claim process ever! I received just about every dollar back (for services covered under my policy) for my Juju's unfortunate emergency surgery. Received my check in record time. I highly recommend this company to pet owners.

We Have Been Very Satisfied Over ...

We have been very satisfied over the duration of having our pet insured by Pet's Best. No complaints, and although the price goes up every year, we do understand that as our girl ages, her claims become more likely. We are grateful that we purchased pet insurance and have recommended Pet's Best to many friends and family who also have pets.

Pets Best is the best!!!

Pets Best is the best. It feels so good to know that if my dogs need care I can afford to provide for them with the quick reimbursement from pets best. I especially liked being able to talk with someone who couldn't guarantee coverage but was willing to talk probability with me and costs! My dog needed a benign fatty tumor removed and it was totally covered minus a co-pay of 20%! Thank you for being so up front and helpful so I could make a clear decision with all the information.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
