Pets Best Has Been The Second Bes...

Pets Best has been the second best decision regarding our Black Russian Terrier. The first was getting him. I tell everyone especially at the animal clinic about Pets Best.

Diagnosed with congestive heart failure

My kitty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and I'm so appreciative of all the help from Pets Best. Because of you guys I've been able to continue vet visits and able to keep him on his meds. We have finally gotten him stable and he is thriving. Without your assistance I would not have been able to afford to take him to the ER vet so many times while we were figuring out his meds. Thank you so much for helping me help my boy get back to a new normal and enjoy our lives together for longer.

I am very pleased with my experience …

I am very pleased with my experience with Pet's Best insurance. They helped ease the financilal burden during a very painful time. We lost our sweet dog at 4 years old to cancer. I highly recommend Pet's Best and will be sure to insure every pet that I own now and in the future.

My Claim Was Filed Online With Ph...

My claim was filed online with photo of vet bill and proof of payment. I was emailed immediately that the claim was received and being processed. It took about one week and I received another email outlining what the payment would be and I received a check a few days later. Very impressed with how easy it was and how responsive Pets Best was. Having this insurance made the experience at the vet much less stressful.

I've Had A Very Sick Cat

I've had a very sick cat for the last 6 years. He has chronic UTI & cardiomyopathy. Pets Best has never failed to pay a claim and is always timely paying it.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
