I Have Owned The Policy For Sever...

I have owned the policy for several and have had great experience from everyone over the years when I have had a claim or a question. The interesting thing is that I work with the IHC group and recently gave my experience as a policy holder a "thumbs up" on a recent trip.

We Went Through A Time Of Chronic...

We went through a time of chronic pancreatitis with our sweet Yorkie. It was trying and scary. Pets Best made it one less thing to worry about and also in helping get our baby the best care possible without worrying about how much we were spending. They make it easy to submit claims and are prompted with their payment. We couldn't be more satisfied!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
