I truly value the support I've received …

I truly value the support I've received from Pets Best. I'd like to say my puppies would be angels and never need medical care, but I guess none of us can really say that 100% of the time. So when we need Pets Best it's wonderful that we can rely on them! Thanks for always being there!

I faxed in multiple claims/receipts for same diagnosis. I logged into my account next day, the claims were listed as being processed and were paid within 10 days.

My Dog, Duchess, Had A Lameness I...

My dog, Duchess, had a lameness issue that went undiagnosed for quite sometime so I was seeing various vets and had multiple claims. The claim filing process is fast and easy. Typically the processing time is pretty quick, too and the money goes straight into my account within a few days. I am very happy to be working with Pet's Best.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
