Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I currently have 10 dogs insured under Pets Best. I have very quick claims reimbursement and the customer service has been excellent with one exception that was correctedFor the money, they are well worth it. I would like to have better coverage but right now, insuring 10 dogs with the current policy seems to work. I have 6 Dobermans, and 4 other assorted mixed breed dogs, 4 of the dobermans are albinos.

We have had pet insurance on our Great Pyrenees and two Bichon Frises for over 14 years - the past 6 years with PetsBest. We have had tremendous medical expenses with our Bichons but the coverage we have with PetsBest has greatly helped with these expenses. They cover everything promised, no hassle in charges, services, claims settlement and their reimbursement checks normally arrive in the mail before our American Express statement arrives. We love our little girls as we love our children and grandchildren, have always provided them the very best in their lives including veterinarian care and are very appreciative to have their health insurance through such a superior company. We have recommended PetsBest to all of our friends and can not recommend PetsBest highly enough to everyone.

Their reps are some of the friendliest people I've ever spoken with on the phone. They've processed my claims quickly and reimbursement has been as expected with zero hassle. Most recently, due to a computer problem on their end, they happened to lose my claim form, but they called and apologized for the problem and proceeded to process my claim within 2 hours of resubmission! That's impressive service by any measure.

My first experience using my Pet Insurance was a stress free one. The claims process was done completely online. The claim was processed within one week. The policy covered 80% of the amount that was above my policy deductible. I have enrolled in the direct deposit option and this will expedite the reimbursement process.

I took my dog to the ER last week for a liver problem that ended up costing about $1400 all said and done. Being so close to Christmas, I didn't think I would be able to purchase any Christmas presents for my family. I filed the claim with Pets Best, and I literally got my reimbursement 3 days later! I coulnd't be happier with this company. They never deny any of my claims, and are very fast with reimbursements. And most importantly, Christmas will be extra special with my dog Rascal being healthy, and being able to buy gifts for my family.
