**all claims are always denied*

**everything IS pre-existing** DO NOT USE THEM ~I took my dog in just for a wellness exam that includes physical exam and blood work and they said it’s a pre-existing condition. How is this a pre-existing when it’s just a wellness exam?? They stole my money legally and they will steal yours! Please save your money and go elsewhere. They are PetsWorst– they will give you the worst stress and headaches ever so RUN AWAY FROM THEM! Per their reply-- again, the exam was a routine exam and allergies was noted out of the exam so how is this a preexisting? Allergies come and go, still the annual exam should be covered because we paid for the wellness fees!! Well, PetBest isnt best here. They find every reason to deny you! Do not use them-- learn from my and others' mistakes! Don't trust the good reviews here. -- there are companies that will create good reviews if you pay them!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
