I don't understand as to why...

I don't understand as to why there is a 5-day waiting period for a 30 day new insurance that I activated for the dog I adopted from a shelter. This is not very motivating to continue using your company for pet insurance following this trial period.

Financial support when we needed it

Our puppy had recurring issues with food sensitivities that required a lengthy and costly diagnosis process. Our PetPartners policy was a major financial support and helped us through the situation. You may think that it's pricey to maintain the policy, but if your dog ends up with a random issue like ours did, you will be grateful and glad that you enrolled in PetPartners.

Great customer service

My wife made the contact and said "They were wonderful". If you are a husband you have to know the value in that statement. The claim was just sent in today I can't answer the question regarding "Time taken to handle claim"
