It would be helpful to be able...

It would be helpful to be able to access policy/account info online. I could have easily given new payment information online, if available.

A team of dedicated employees.

Pet Partners is a team of very dedicated, very compassionate and highly efficient employees. In the 12+ years that I have had a policy with them for my dog I have always been treated with the highest respect and know that the welfare of my pet was their utmost concern. They are very efficient and the speed and accuracy that claims are handled is amazing. Anyone I have ever spoken with has shown sincere interest in helping me get questions answered. I could not be happier. They provide exemplary customer service.

If you like Jumping through Hoops

I purchased a policy for my first Dalmatian in 2015 and was very pleased. Fast forward to 2017, I purchased a policy for my 2nd Dalmatian and have done nothing but jump through hoops every time I submit a claim. I was told that a NEW underwriter is the issue. Pet Partners will automatically reject almost every claim and you will have to resubmit . Usually error on their side, or the Vet explanation is not worded correctly or a little vague . Sometimes they can't read your email or fax, its not clear enough. Always something. Who has time for this. My own personal Health Insurance is less hassle. I still keep a policy so hopefully things will improve. My pets health is very important and I do believe in having Pet Insurance, so PLEASE review your claim submittal process Pet Partners and work with your policy holders to make it easier. I would not recommend this company now, but if they improve their claims process procedures, I would.

Up and at 'em again!

My petite brussels griffon, Duffy, goes to daycare while I go to work. He and one of his buddies got carried away tumbling a playing when Duffy was bitten. The vet had to stitch him up, install a drain, put him in a cone, and sent him home with meds and dates for follow-up appointments. The vet completed all of the paperwork and lo and behold, PETPARTNERS paid about 60% of the bill. I was so relieved and thankful for the help. Color me grateful to PETPARTNERS.
