Awesome response

Our Nationwide Relationship started a little rough, with an illness exclusion that in my opinion was uncalled for, but I can say that they are very responsive and attentive, and they make submitting a claim very easy and intuitive.

Excellent Service During a Stressful Time

A few months ago I was absolutely heartbroken when I suddenly had to put one of my 2 sibling kittens to sleep after an FIP diagnosis. Nationwide was so kind and understanding when I called to cancel the policy I had just gotten for the kitten who passed. Since my other kitten, Turbo, is such a social kitten, I knew i had to adopt a friend for him. A few weeks later, I brought home Maverick. He and Turbo have been best buddies ever since. Recently, Maverick became lethargic, had no appetite, and began having severe respiratory congenstion. Despite not being able to take him to the normal vet I use, Nationwide made the claims process so simple and really took a huge burden off my shoulders so I could just focus on making sure Maverick made a full recovery, which he thankfully has! Now he and Turbo play with each other around the clock and I have peace of mind that my 2 fur babies are covered.

Nationwide is the best for Hercules!

Hercules has been sick with respiratory infection since spring has started. For the most part we can help him but lately it has been bad. I took Hercules to our vet. I made a claim within minutes of leaving the vet, its very easy to do from my phone's app that Nationwide uses. With a week I was reimbursed and I am very happy to know Nationwide really is om my side!

review

For one incident, we submitted 3 claims. Two of the claims' reimbursement came quickly, but there was a bit of confusion with the third claim, but was quickly resolved. We used the app to submit the claims, and we uploaded 2 documents. Although we received a 'successful upload' notice in the app, it turns out that only one of the document actually successfully uploaded, leaving the second (and most important) document, unsubmitted with the claim. We had to call customer service to figure out what happened, and we had to resubmit the claim. Not a huge deal, but did delay our time to reimbursement by about one week.
