Still waiting

As a follow up to Jax's vet visit, We have yet to receive any reimbursement for his vet bill. We were wrongfully denied any medical help due to what I feel was a very quick and unthorough review of his claim. I have sent in a request for review on the denial and its been almost 2 months with no update. Sincerely, Robert Mayer

I wouldn't be able to get through my dog's surgery without Nationwide.

We just got Max from an LA County Shelter, and we were told he just needs to have a simple neuter procedure. Upon his neuter consultation, we discovered that Max's cryptorchidism didn't just mean he had one testicle, but it meant the other could be inside him. That meant a much more advanced surgery than what we expected, and therefore, more of a financial dent. I was terrified of taking a dog in for a procedure like this right off the bat, we literally just got him from the shelter a couple days before finding this all out. Max pulled through, the vets were able to find the other testicle, and Nationwide supported us throughout. Thank you Nationwide!
