Best service ever!!!

I am so glad I signed up for Pet Insurance. Very professional, organized, great customer service. Everything gets done in timely manner. I have to say out of all the companies all the way around I’ve ever dealt with, this is the best!!!!

the BEST Pet Insurance choice!

Our 14 year old Westie & 11 year old Lab have been well taken care of by Nationwide coverage. We are so pleased with the ease of filing a claim, fast response and processing time, and excellent customer service anytime we've called with a question. Appreciate the quickness in reimbursing us for the out-of-pocket vet bills

Ease of mind

We brought Teddy in and as usual our claim was paid timely and the process went very smoothly. I recommend you to anyone and everyone who asks about pet insurance. I recently changed from payroll deduction to direct debit (after.losing my job due to Covid-19) and the rep who helped me was wonderful

I am happy to have insurance but I find the process difficult at times

I do recommend having pet insurance, however the claim process is difficult. I have had to jump through many hoops place many calls to get my claims processed. I think now that I have things set up, it should run smoother. I am hopeful. I am willing to keep the insurance and see.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
