Many Years a Client-No help
Our identity and bank account was literally stolen some time ago. You all notified us that our payment didn't go through. We tried again to send it and did not receive notification that a payment STILL hadn't gone through as we were building our account with the State Dept Credit Union.
When I called, I was told my policy had lapsed and that I could only have a new policy with virtually no coverage except wellness and accidents. I was told there was multiple times payment had been processed to no avail. No phone call or notification.
In spite of the fact that I asked to have been re-instated (as we have been a customer for many, many years for all our pets), I was told "No".
So, that's why I'm not happy. Hopefully, all my prior claims will be processed. I have some coming.
