Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I would like to leave a feedback about Nationwide because it is the best company that offers insurance for our pets. They are very efficient and professional. It is a company that I trusty for my best friends. I have insurance for my dog and cat for years and I have piece of mind knowing that they have insurance. And I got the best company for that. I also would like to leave a review for Vanessa, who helped me with my claim. I didn’t submit it right and she had a lot of patience to explain in details what I needed to do. Step by step she explained it and she went above and beyond to help me. I was so stressed at the day with a personal problem and she calmed me down. What a special person she is. Nationwide is very lucky for having her in their team. She was very professional, polite, and kind. Thank you so much Nationwide for taking care of my pets and thanks Vanessa, for being such a special person.

Apparently a check got lost in the mail so I called Nationwide and had the pleasure of talking to Octavia. She resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes. What a great representative. Thank you!!!

Diera was great help! answered all my questions and had a good chat! A great Idea to implement for us members would be a portal or link that will have a list of nationwide approved vets in our area that we could go to for exotic pets or pets in general. Since I live in Utah we don't have anything on hand to tell us where to take exotic pets.
