VPI Pet Insurance is the BEST!

When I adopted my Rottweiler Sophie in 2014 I immediately signed up for VPI insurance through my employer and I am so glad I did. Unfortunately, she tore both her ACL's and required TPLO surgeries to repair. I cannot express the relief I had when I realized this surgery would be covered. When I told my veterinarian I had VPI, he said "that's great, you are all set!' This surgery is very intense and expensive, but the only way to provide relief for this injury. Both surgeries have been done and Sophie is acting like her old self again! I tell everyone at work they need to sign up for this benefit!

Best pet insurance!

My fiancé and I love Nation Wides whole health pet insurance. They’re always timely with the returns of your claims and they always explain to you why you got the amount back that you got. They’ve covered everything we’ve ever submitted. They also send follow up emails to make sure you got everything covered and your pet is doing well. Our old insurance never did that. Very pleased with Nation Wide and will definitely always use them.

Impressed!

I could not be happier with or more impressed by Nationwide Pet Insurance. My husband and I have such peace of mind having our three dogs insured with them. Any time we have filed a claimed (which is often since we have the Wellness Package) it has been honored in a timely fashion with zero difficulty. This was the best decision we made for our pets and ourselves!

Best insurance

Thank you for checking up on Jake... He is doing a lot better... We tried a bunch of different foods and seems like the only thing he can tolerate is me cooking for him... He gets boiled chicken breast and steamed veggies with a little low fat canned food for nutrients... He loves it... So glad to have your insurance... You guys rock!!!🐕🐾😁

Great insurance, Prompt and accurate claims processing

This is the first time I have purchased pet insurance. It has been a wonderful experience with Nation wide. We have a Great Dane and she recently had some stomach issues. We paid the expenses out of pocket and had out claim paid in less than two weeks. I would highly recommend Nation wide. Our Dane is a huge part of our family and when she got sick we were able to count on Nation Wide. Thank you.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
