There is always a fight to get your money, even with the highest plan that is offered.
Every time I put a claim in through Nationwide, it is always "another 30 day review". It is obvious that they are holding the money reimbursement as long as possible to just keep it invested so the company gets money. It is ridiculous, that even the simplest claim of a flea collar (which my policy strictly states it will cover), there is "additional information needed". I have yet to have a claim where it was super easy and the check came within the 30 days.
