This most recent experience was to say the least ridiculous. Claim from April still going on!
I have Nationwide everything, auto, home and pet. The worst service is the pet insurance part. I have been struggling with Nationwide about a claim that should have been taken care of in April. I have resent into the company the proper papers for 3 months on and off. I think that there is an inconsistency within the pet insurance part. I do not like the format at all. When submitting a claim there is a "form" to follow which offers nothing in the way of being precise about the claim. After 3 months of calling and calling, resubmitting and resubmitting I finally got to a customer care representative who took care of me through a supervisor. Dah, why did that take so long. I do not think that Nationwide has a very good protocol at all for their pet insurance.
