Thank you for the advise

I was able to call and get advise before I even took them to the vet. It was easy and the lady in the phone was knowledgeable. She had me try several things before I went through the expense of taking them and putting me at ease that is wasn’t anything more serious. In the long run, this service is going to reduce vet bills drastically.

I was not aware of the term limit for skin conditions

I should have read my policy morr carefully as there is a maximum payout cap for skin disorder per year. I plan to terminate my contract before august renewal

Wish that the wait time was shorter for claims to be processed but other than that I’ve been satisfied with the service

Nationwide Pet Insurance gives me peace of mine when I need it most!

Oliver is my baby!! I would do anything necessary to keep him safe and healthy. Recently he had a few minor health issues but I never worried about making sure he had the best possible care because I knew that Nationwide had my back! You are always quick in processing plans and anytime I've had a question or concern, your customer service reps have been more than helpful! I have recommended you over and over again to friends who ask who they should look into for coverage!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
