Nationwide is very nice to deal with and processes claims in a timely manor.
I've had this Lillie's policy for 7 years and will continue to stay with Nationwide. I'm disappointed about claims denied due to " hereditary" disorder. Each case should be
looked at individually and not automatically ruled out. We don't know if the parents or siblings had or have a "hereditary" disorder.
