Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

This is the first time we have used pet insurance and we are so excited it is offered through my place of employment! So after the most recent (and first) claim I submitted - I realized that it would be very helpful if claims could be submitted via my smartphone as we can our own dependent care and health care claims (via another company) rather than printing off a claim form and sending via mail. The overall process was a bit labor intensive. Also- there seems to be a glitch in the website where it asked several times extra information about our pets - but would never save the info I submitted (I tried several times over a few day). I ended up telling someone I talked to via customer service, who was very helpful....she ended up entering this info for me.

Awesome, courteous and prompt processing. I appreciate the professionalism of Nationwide. They are professional yet sensitive to pet owners.

Simon has alot of allergy problems and in the last year has had trouble with ear infections. Nationwide has been very easy to work with. After the yearly deductible has been met, the company has paid everything. I am very pleased.

Claim process was easy to follow. Claim was resolved and a check received in a timely manner (30 days) without any back-and-forth. I was definitely impressed and happy with Nationwide's service.

So happy I signed up for all my pets and had my mom sign up her new puppy too!
