I would help if reimbursement of monies spent was faster

I feel that the insurance is expensive but it does cover 90% of all costs. It did not cover my dog’s dental cleaning (even tho I was specifically told it would) as they called it a pre-existing condition. Who gets their teeth clean because they are purely clean already? Everyone has tartar, etc. That was very costly. It also takes a long time for claims to be processed and paid.

I had three dogs previously and did not have pet insurance. Those dogs had numerous health issues and I told myself that when I adopted new dogs I would look into pet insurance. Am I glad I did! Nationwide has been phenomenal with their coverage! .i like the fact that I can call customer service and ask questions about my insurance policy. My dog recently tore his ACL and Nationwide covered 3/4 of the cost of his total surgery. I have been very pleased with my insurance policy and I would recommend nationwide to anyone for their pet insurance needs. *** I would love to take a pic and write something for your website!!**

I've been with Nationwide for a few years now. Their team of courteous and professional agents have always helped me through "puppyhood" and adulthood for my 2 dogs, Ben and Missy. I am a health insurance broker and I totally believe everyone should have health insurance. I don't have children my pets are my kids and I want them to have the best care possible to live a long and healthy life. I started looking for insurance plans when a friend of mine recommended I check out Nationwide. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to know my pets are covered for their health. I just recently rescued a Catahoula Leopard dog Bella. Mind you when working with a rescue you are under the radar on how well you care for your pets. Nothing wrong with this because of course they want to place these pets in loving homes. When I told the rescue my other Catahoula Leopard dog Buster was insured for his health by Nationwide she was extremely pleased and wished everyone would do this with their pets. Whenever I visit my vets office I tell everyone how great this plan is. I highly recommend the Whole Pet With Wellness Plan because as I said earlier my pets are my kids. I especially love how quickly the response to my claims and how nice everyone is when I call with a question. Thanks Nationwide, I will be sure to tell all my clients who have pets the importance of insuring them and they should call Nationwide :)
