Peace of mind!
When my cat, Misty, recently started whining and shaking out of the blue, I called Nationwide's vethelpline right away (it was getting late on a Friday night). They suggested taking her in to see a vet, and we finally found one still open. She looked really bad! The vet did their thing and diagnosed her with some stomach distress, gave her medicine for the pain, and we got to go home. Misty recovered pretty quickly, thank goodness! Without access to the great advice at vethelpline, we may have waited longer and then had a longer recovery process.
When it came time to submit the claim, the process couldn't have been easier! Send in the receipt -> sign up for direct deposit -> authorize refund -> done!
I'm incredibly happy with Nationwide's service so far, and peace of mind means so much when it comes to your fur baby!
