Multiple Surgery Claims
Nationwide pet insurance has been very easy to work with allowing all documents and invoices to be submitted electronically. Checking on my claims was very easy as well on the easy to navigate website.
My dog just had to have 3 surgeries in a row and all my claims were processed quickly and without any issues. They have made it easy to care for my fur-baby and keep my bills paid. Thank you!

Fast, easy, convenient.
We have a large mixed breed 20 month old dog and our insurance plan has helped us to get him the best possible care. We inquired about specific services before taking the plan and we have had no trouble seeing reimbursement according to our plan. It’s super easy to submit a claim and claims are processed quickly. Great communication from Nationwide as they process the claim.

So Easy!
Love that all I have to do is use the pre-printed form, fill in one box and attach the invoice. Nationwide Pet insurance does the rest. And the processing tome for our claims is great!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
