Lack of communication skills
Sadly, this is was one of the worst experiences ive had with Nationwide pet care. I typically enjoy the user friendly interface, feel like the reimbursements come back in a good time. However this last experience has been dreadful. I send in 3 claims and with one, received feedback that detailed invoice was needed and needed to be sent again.
I went in and attached all needed information and referenced claims, called 3 times on different days to follow up, tried to email multiple times, tried to speak to someone, anyone to make sure all needed information was there. No updates, kept getting the run around and no one was able to give me straight and direct information.
