pretty good

I have been with Nationwide for almost 6 months. I really was a bit apprehensive as it was one of the most expensive coverage. so far I am really happy with it. it covers more things than any other insurance I know. I had one payment denied but I was offered a chance to provide explanation, and after that it was paid in full. My dog had some cyst problem and he had to go for second opinion, second set of sedation, X-rays and added a biopsy to that. Nationwide paid all of it as per agreement. Payments come pretty fast, I think within a month, so if you put it on a credit card, you have a chance to pay it off almost the same billing cycle.

Thank you SO SO SO much!

You guys were amazing! Our beloved Tabata ate a portion of her Kong and needed an emergency endoscopy to retrieve it before it reached her intestines. From calling the VET 1-800 line to filling out the paperwork, you were absolutely great. You saved us a lot of money from this unexpected and scary expense but moreover, we felt protected, supported and relieved when there was the need to make a decision. We have been your customers since our big girl was a little puppy, and will continue being your customers for life. THANK YOU!

Claims

Filing claims is an easy process. I like the status updates by email. I also like the payment going to my bank.
