Although there is no price tag we would put on our Maxx, it gave us some peace of mind to know that there would be some financial help in dealing with this issue. Thank you.

Thanks for the help with Duncan's surgeries!

Thanks for processing of our claim and reimbursement for Duncan's surgeries. He was neutered - which is a very big deal literally and figuratively for a Great Dane - and he also had a gastropexy. That's a procedure where the stomach is tacked in place so that it cannot flip and reduces the chances of bloat which is a huge risk in the Great Dane breed. He came through both surgeries just fine but as with all things involving a 170 lb dog, it was pricey. Very helpful to have the reimbursement from Nationwide!

over all satisfied and grateful

Everyone I talked to on the phone was helpful, pleasant, and seemed generally concerned with my dog and out issues. nice touch. over all I was happy with the service and am so glad I had this policy when I needed it. one critique. I was asked for one year medical records because it was a very new policy said to be because to insure it wasnt a pre existing condition. I get that sure, however toxic ingestion could not possibly be a preexisting condition.... that would be a dead pet. seemed senseless in this case. Also waiting for the approval and eventually reimbursement was agonizingly long.
