Great response time on claims. Nice succinct emails.
I faxed another vet visit last Tuesday and I don't think it was received so I re-faxed the 2 pages today.

Dog allergies still. Trying different food
Vet is trying prescription different foods to try to find cause of skin allergies. Small cyst appeared on face 1 month ago...but he said it is nothing to worry about. Whew!!

Going well
I love having this insurance! However why an 8 instead of 10:
1 - when I called to enroll I was told food and supplement if prescribed would be covered and they're not. VERY disappointing!
2 - no lock in rate. So as Branson ages and needs more care I will probably not be able to afford his insurance.
