Love Nationwide Pet Insurance

Nationwide has been there supporting me and my furbaby Winston since he was 8 weeks old. Purchasing their pet insurance was the best thing I've ever done. They are wonderful to work with, and they love my Winston as much as I do!

Nationwide is such a wonderful way to keep my pet healthy by making it affordable

First of all, I would have been very regretful if I hadn't signed up and paid Nationwide Pet insurance when We got a new puppy. 2 months later he vomited for hours and ended up in the emergency overnight with issues. I love that I am able to get reimbursed after my deductible to cover those very expensive ER visits. They have been great for us

It takes way too long to process straightforward claims! you say you have 60 days to process; that is too long.

Excellent Service

This is an excellent plan offered by an excellent company. Submitting claims on my phone is genius, reimbursement is quck and so easy. Thank you for making our cats health a breeze with a great product!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
