Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I've been with Nationwide for a few years now. Their team of courteous and professional agents have always helped me through "puppyhood" and adulthood for my 2 dogs, Ben and Missy. Thanks for always helping us when we need the dollars to count. Your diligence in providing a quality service and your fast turn-around on claims continue to keep us as loyal customers. I am a health insurance broker and I totally believe everyone should have health insurance. I don't have children my pets are my kids and I want them to have the best care possible to live a long and healthy life. I started looking for insurance plans when a friend of mine recommended I check out Nationwide. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to know my pets are covered for their health. I just recently rescued a Catahoula Leopard dog Bella. Mind you when working with a rescue you are under the radar on how well you care for your pets. Nothing wrong with this because of course they want to place these pets in loving homes. When I told the rescue my other Catahoula Leopard dog Buster was insured for his health by Nationwide she was extremely pleased and wished everyone would do this with their pets. Whenever I visit my vets office I tell everyone how great this plan is. I highly recommend the Whole Pet With Wellness Plan because as I said earlier my pets are my kids. I especially love how quickly the response to my claims and how nice everyone is when I call with a question. Thanks Nationwide, I will be sure to tell all my clients who have pets the importance of insuring them and they should call Nationwide :)

After reviewing several pet health insurance plans we decided to go with Nationwide and we are extremely pleased. Unfortunately, we have had to use the Vet Help Line, Major Medical, and Pet Wellness Options even though our male boxer is only 11 months old! Nationwide has always went above and beyond with their customer service, taking as much time as needed to explain what is covered through our policy. The payments are very easy, especially with the electronic payment options. We have not experienced anything negative with Nationwide through the numerous claims that we have filed.

To file a claim is so easy and speedy reimbursement received. The emergency clinic wrote the wrong account number when submitting my claim, but it was quickly corrected and taken care of, and processed. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Thank you
