Better understanding of coverage
I called this morning to try to better understand what type of coverage I will have should I proceed with a treatment for my cat (Hyperthyroidism).
When I specifically inquired about the I-131 treatment, the ph representative could not confirm or deny the coverage, kept misunderstanding my questions, and only when she did (after I explained several times), she yet again would not say what type of plan or reimbursement I will be receiving.
As a customer, how can I decide what level of financial responsibility I am willing to incur if no clarity is given about coverage? I was not asking to have a claim pre-approved, all I was asking was for a better understanding of my plan.
This experience has truly given me the desire to cancel it altogether!
