Thankful for Duncan's coverage.
I am thankful Duncan has coverage, especially as the coverage his sister has doesn't cover a recuring problem with non-healing sores on her feet.

Never thought pet insurance could be this easy
I was amazed at how helpful the Nationwide team was with my questions and claim. I wasn't sure if my dogs emergency appointment for stomach issues would be covered. It was a large bill but I was willing to pay it no matter what for my sweet boy. The team had my claim approved and a check turned around so quick. It was a pleasant surprise to get this help.

Horrible claim processing time
The company says they will settle your claim within 30 days. I have claims that I filed in early October that haven’t been processed yet. Every 30 days they send me a letter saying it will take another 30 days to process, but they don’t tell you why. This has continued for four months. If I would have known this I never would have signed up with them. I have 8 open claims that I am waiting to have processed. The company is slow to process your claim but quick to take your money.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
