Usually when you pay for a service you, you know, receive a service
I couldn't give them 0 stars. We submitted some claims when Bobear got sick. Denied all three on the grounds they didn't have records from a few years ago. We didn't have him that long. No one knew where he was at the time period. He'd only been at the shelter a month. They reprocessed the claims and it took them longer than a month to deny all three again with no explanation. It literally told us that it was processed and it was paying out $0.
We're likely going to cancel.
Thanks for stealing my hard earned money, Nationwide.
