Glad to have your insurance
Grover, normally a happy and healthy boy, has had unexpected health issues these last 6-7 months. Thanks to Nationwide Insurance, my first worry can be getting him cared for by his doctor, instead of worrying about weighing the cost vs treatment first ... something no pet parent should ever have to do.
Additionally, the customer service team at Nationwide is exceptional. They address my questions in a clear, brief, and courteous manner, making me feel relieved after each call.
Human insurance companies could take a big lesson from the insurance coverage and customer care that Nationwide provides its pet parents. Thank you!
