Alexis was amazingly thorough, understanding and pleasant!
It's annual enrollment time at Home Depot for 2019 benefits. One of our "perks" is being able to sign our pets up via Nationwide for health benefits. I completed out the application yesterday but only half of my last name transmitted....Im pretty sure this was due to my error! I was a little concerned that this may cause a problem re: payroll deductions with my home office. I called Nationwide during my lunch hour today and spoke with a wonderful rep named Alexis! She was fantastic....she put me at ease...corrected my info and even took the time to double check with her supervisor to make sure we had everything covered! Did I mention how PLEASANT she was? She really was great...articulate...easy to understand! You are lucky to have her! Because of this interaction, I now know that I picked the right insurance company to provide health benefits to my Lola!
