The only mistake I made is that I did not file a claim after every visit to a vet. I was told that based on the type of insurance that I selected there was no time limit. Now I see that it would have been important to file something after every vet visit, as going back 2 years as an example I would not remember.

My husband is disabled and we live on a fixed income. Keeping his service dog healthy is critical to both of their well being and having Natiowide Pet Insurance has repeatedly been a great blessing. Although we must pay up front for vet services, and there is a $250 deductible, it is so worth it to get all of Hawkeye's wellness taken care of each year, and then to know we can afford to have his teeth cleaned or have other emergency vet services covered 80% if we need them. Nationwide pays promptly, and is helpful and easy to communicate with whenever we have questions or need help. We highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance for peace of mind and great service.

It is so good to have Nationwide insurance for my dog. I'm not sure how I could have handled the expense without it. Their service is fantastic both in terms of coverage and the speen with which they address the claims. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet.

I am grateful I acquired insurance! This was so necessary. Wish I had gotten more coverage on his neutering at Humane Society in NyC.
