great service worth having

Best customer service ever!!!
This is our first and only experience with pet insurance we've ever had and by this is one of the best experiences of our lives as insurances go, including human insurances of all kinds. So much so that we had our 2 malamutes insured since they were puppies and just recently added our two kitties, not only because of the great benefits but also because you really understand that pets are not just pets, but they're family members. Thank you very much for the great job you're doing.

Tonto the wonder dog!
Nationwide has been very fair in its coverage of Tonto's medical costs. He has had all kinds of problems, but Nationwide has hung in there with us. Tonto is a fighter and is now bouncing around the house like a puppy - he is 9 1/2 years old. For better or worse, everyone at our vet knows Tonto and loves him. He is a beautiful spirit and loves, loves, loves everyone.
Monthly Cost
Policies start at approximately $12 per month.
Coverage
Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
