Horrible customer service has really gone way downhill in the past 1.5 years.
I have been with Nationwide, previously VPI, since 1998 for 3 Dobermans. I used to rave about the company but there has been a drastic change for the worse over the past 1.5 years. Claim payment times have gone from 2 weeks to over 30 days. Claims that are submitted get "lost" and not entered into their system on a timely basis. They claim they never get faxed claims even when I have fax receipts showing that same were received. When I call reps are rude and provide incorrect info. I will never insure another dog with Nationwide.
