Nationwide has been a money saving blessing on the vet bills.

Nationwide covers so much for our lab. She has allergies so she always needs allergy pills once a day which are expensive. Nationwide covers that. Easy claim forms to fill out. I have saved a ton of money . Best investment ever to have pet insurance . The reimbursement does take about a month but so worth it. Thanks Nationwide for taking care of our Maya.

Woof great eas of doing business wish everyone had it we had a major surgery acl tear and other issue they never oncease questioned the procedure of her care and when the Dr. Being a board certified orthopedic surgeon had faxed in everything as requested and explanation of the procedue we were paid back at 90 percent as stated in the policy. Again she is great and done wonderful on her rehab.

Best Pet Insurance EVER !!!

I have had other pet insurance companies before. There always was an unpleasant surprise lurking down the line somewhere. Not with Nationwide! Awesome pet insurance, quick re-imbursements, no unpleasant surprises!! Best pet insurance EVER!!! I have referred several of my pet owning friends to Nationwide.

Nationwide Pet Insurance makes it easy to file claims.

I've always felt that Nationwide pays claims when appropriate and has never made it difficult for me to prove a claim should be covered in an attempt to avoid payment. Filing claims is easy and I love having the peace of mind knowing that I can always make the right choice for my dogs' health and don't have to worry about the financial burden of a hefty vet bill.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
